A: Click on the Work Events button above and create your talent profile. Once approved, you will be able to view and apply for our available jobs via the event calendar.

Q: How do I create my talent profile?

A: Take your time and complete each field. Your profile tells your story. Be sure to include all relevant promotional experience and roles, we love to see what brands and events you have promoted. Upload photos that showcase your current look. A smiling headshot, a full-length photo and a few photos of your work will help you stand out. Your photos do not need to be professional, just clearly focused. Skip the group shots or overly edited images.

Q: How long does it take to get your profile approved?

A: Applicants are approved based on our current staffing needs, your work experience and the information provided in your profile. The approval process may take up to a week. However, if you live in an area where we have frequent events, you may be approved faster. If you have a question about your profile approval, please contact us via email at info@ontour247.com. Q: I am having difficulty filling out my profile on my smartphone or tablet. What should I do?

A: If you are having trouble completing your talent profile and are using a smartphone, please try from a desktop or laptop. The formatting of the site may not be compatible with a phone or tablet. Q: Do you have any tips on how to get booked for an event?

A: Adhere to the following guidelines to raise your chances of getting booked for an event.

  • Keep your resume updated. Include all promo related jobs. Make sure to list your roles and responsibilities.
  • Add photos of you working your events, this helps us see you in action!
  • Respond promptly and follow instructions to job invites.
  • Apply to jobs within a range you are willing to commute. Oftentimes, travel assistance is not included (unless specified in your contract).
  • Don’t get discouraged, some clients are more selective than others. Keep applying and keep updating your profile.
Q: How long does it take to get paid after working an event?

A: Checks are mailed within 2-4 weeks after your event, unless otherwise noted by your hiring manager. Please remember to keep your mailing address updated.
